Wyong RSL Womens Bowling Club
The Wyong RSL Women's Bowling Club
was formed in 1962.
During this period a large number of changes have occured to Dress, rules & the relocation of the green & Club House.
There has been a tradition of an annual game being played at alternate venues with Wyong RSL Bowling Club playing for different shields against Ourimbah, Norah Head & Wyong. The club has also though small with only the 1 green participated in the CCD Womens Pennants with the 2010 Division 4 team winning Section 4 but going down in the sectional play offs.

The Wyong RSL Bowling Club (Men's) was formed in 1960 with the first Championships held in 1962.
The original green was located in front of the RSL Club and there was a club house in Margaret St. The green was moved to the present location & the Club house was relocated to its present position in 1990.
The mens' club experienced success in 1982 & 1983 winning the CCDBA No 6 Pennant..
A tradition was initiated some 18 years ago when a coach trip to play Bowls at Port Macquarie Panthers was arranged for a weekend in Oct. The participants having a "ball" on the trip up on Friday with Morning Tea. Fun ,Games & Lunch. Saturday being BBQ breakfast ,bowls in the afternoon followed by dinner in the Motel car park.( no one has admitted to inclement weather). Sunday again brings BBQ Breakfast for anyone able to stagger and a morning game of bowls with lunch following. Afternoon is usually sightseeing or nap time.
